MILWAUKEE, WI, October 13, 2026 — Great Place To Work® and Fortune have named SPS Health to the 2026 Fortune Best Workplaces in Health Care™ list in the Small and Medium category. This is SPS Health’s first appearance on the list in its first year of eligibility.
The Best Workplaces in Health Care award is based on analysis of survey responses from nearly 222,000 employees at Great Place To Work Certified™ companies in the health care industry. SPS Health qualified for the list by earning Great Place To Work Certification™ for 2025-2026, its first year of Certification. In that survey, 93% of employees said SPS Health is a great place to work, compared with 57% of employees at a typical U.S. company.

The Fortune ranking draws on the employee survey that earned SPS Health its 2025-2026 Great Place To Work Certification. Within that survey, employees described a company where every voice matters and new ideas are taken seriously at every level, calling leadership approachable, transparent, and involved in daily operations. They credited regular team events, outings, and wellness initiatives with keeping the company close-knit as it grows. The same themes also previously earned SPS Health three consecutive regional Top Workplaces awards in Southeast Wisconsin.
